Permissions & Access Control
The dashboard implements a role-based access control system to ensure users only have access to features appropriate for their role.Available Roles
ADMIN
Full access to all features including workspace management, billing, and admin-only sections
EDITOR
Can create and edit resources (workers, channels, campaigns) but cannot access admin features
VIEWER
Read-only access to metrics, leads, chats, and contacts. Cannot modify any resources
